With experience in budgeting assistance and estimates, project design insight, ongoing service issues, maintenance and warranty inspections, T&K's Project Managers always work hard to ensure that every important detail is being managed to your satisfaction.

The Project Management concept was designed to promote enhanced customer service and growth by allowing sales representatives to take a new role by developing and managing a customer's work by dealing with all issues the customer faced. The overall goal was premised on the reputation established by Tom Tjelmeland, the company's founder and CEO. Customers equated a roofing solution with a call to Tom-not necessarily T&K Roofing in general. The goal in the Project Management Approach was to supplement the project manager's name into that same equation for their own customers. For example, if the facility manager at Rockwell Collins has a roofing need, they call their Project Manager, Nick Ackerman at T&K, not T&K in general. The project management concept involves:

• Walking each and every project through from start (estimating and preparing proposals) to finish (delivering warranties and doing final inspections).
• Directly handling or coordinating all customer requests from service related calls to invoicing or paperwork requests.
• Reviewing productivity and job progress on a daily basis to track overall T&K field performance for that customer.
• Coordinating material and supply purchases and delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and project support (plumbing, HVAC, cranes etc.)
• Work closely with Project Foreman to track productivity, solve unforeseen problems and facilitate a safe and on-time, on-budget completion of your project.
