24 Hour Emergency

T&K Roofing implemented 24-hour emergency service after severe weather repeatedly affected Iowa in 1993. Customers are given the option to directly call their Project Manager at home or on their mobile phone. They also have the option of calling T&K directly. In this instance, two people are contacted from a list of 20 T&K employees who could respond to an emergency.
